About the Role We are seeking a creative Interior Designer / FF&E Specialist with 5‑10 years of experience in a studio setting, with a strong emphasis on high‑end projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in FF&E and solid technical skills, including the ability to produce technical drawings and specifications.

Procurement experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, such as Auto CAD and 3ds Max (V‑Ray), is essential.

Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus.

The successful candidate will be motivated and self‑driven, with a creative mindset and the ability to seamlessly integrate functionality with visual appeal.

In this role, you will play a central part in all aspects of interior design projects, from conception to execution.

Responsibilities Interpret the client brief and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop creative concepts that complement and enhance the overall design and user experience.

Produce interior sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3D renders.

Specify high‑quality finishes, products and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and goals.

Produce FF&E documentation and packages.

Collaborate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&E.

Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers.

Design spaces that are suitable and optimized for a high‑end user experience.

Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality.

Independently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projects.

Requirements A degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture, or equivalent.

Proven experience in interior design within high‑end residential / hospitality projects.

At least five to ten years of professional experience as an Interior Designer.

Advanced knowledge of material specifications, properties and solutions.

Ability to think from small to big scale in spatial setups.

Fluency in 2D/3D software such as Auto CAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite (ID, PS, i.) Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (e. g., 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumion, Vray).

Interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of meeting high industry standards.

Portfolio sample of work (both professional and academic).

Professional level of English, Spanish is a plus.

Ability to work remotely.
