Procurement Manager in Southampton

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in IT procurement to join our Group Procurement team. This is a critical role that will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for key IT spend areas, including software, hardware, services, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders across the business, negotiating with strategic suppliers, and ensuring commercial and contractual rigour is embedded throughout our IT supplier relationships.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT procurement, ideally within regulated or financial services environments.

Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, including negotiation of SLAs, licensing models, and exit terms.

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Experience managing critical and strategic suppliers, with a focus on performance, cost control, and risk management.

Understanding of procurement governance frameworks and sourcing best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across jurisdictions and business units.
