Responsibilities

  • Delivering high quality customer service by telephone and in writing in the customer services team.
  • For call centre work calls should be answered promptly in line with procedures, ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • For back office work a range of communication methods should be used including letters, email and telephone.
  • Written communications should be clear, accurate and unambiguous and in line with house style.
  • Ensure that productivity and quality targets are achieved.
  • Support continuous improvement.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Comply with the FCA’s conduct (and senior conduct) and Consumer Duty rules and the PRA’s conduct (and senior manager conduct) standards as set out.
  • Notify the regulator(s) of matters reasonably expected to be notified.
