Location: Horseshoe Close, Unit 3, NW2 7JJ

Duration: 3 month FTC

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, including marketing materials and routers, and pack them for dispatch.
  • Keep the warehouse tidy and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Use our in-house systems to receive deliveries and dispatch orders for customers.
  • Provide cover for other areas of the Logistics Centre when needed, like processing customer upgrades and returns.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe workspace for everyone.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience, including picking, packing, and using courier systems like DPD and Royal Mail.
  • Reliable with great attendance and punctuality.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy, especially when counting stock.
  • Basic IT, literacy, and numeracy skills; ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks; aware of health and safety procedures.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn warehouse processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse team.

What you’ll do and impact

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, including marketing materials and routers, and packing them for dispatch. You’ll keep the warehouse tidy and organized, and use our in-house systems to receive deliveries and dispatch orders. You’ll also provide cover for other areas of the Logistics Centre when needed (e.g., processing customer upgrades and returns) and ensure activities comply with Health and Safety regulations.
