Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.15am and 5.45pm Monday to Saturday
Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus

Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls from potential customers enquiring about services and looking to join us.

Manage inbound calls from existing customers who are considering cancelling a service or their account, or who want to add a service.

Meet call handling KPIS such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence.

Hit sales targets such as new customer or retention conversion percentages.

Review outstanding tasks and callbacks; attend training and upskilling sessions; participate in team huddles.
Requirements

Previous sales experience (minimum 1 year in a call centre environment to be considered).

Resilient and persuasive with a \”can do\” attitude and motivation to improve yourself.

Able to meet targets and have excellent relationship-building skills.
