What the job involves
This role works in close partnership with the Partner Performance Operations & Systems Specialist role, combining engaging digital experiences and content creation with the operational systems, workflows, reporting, and infrastructure that support scalable Partner enablement.
As a Partner Performance Content Specialist at Utility Warehouse you will be responsible for:
- Creating Engaging Content & Digital Experiences: Designing and developing practical, scalable content across multiple formats (e-learning, video, webinars, guides, toolkits, PDFs, onboarding resources, and interactive experiences) to drive confidence and activity across a network of 70,000+ Partners.
- Content Management & Quality Assurance: Owning the front-end positioning, user-testing, content organisation, and continuous improvement of digital content assets across Partner-facing platforms, aligning with the operational frameworks, publishing processes, and performance insights provided by the Operations & Systems Specialist.
- Driving Partner Performance: Building resources that help Partners improve real-world customer conversations, build momentum, and increase conversions, that sit within: The Partner Portal, Yoodli - our AI-powered conversation coach, AskMii - our AI chatbot.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Operations & Systems Specialist, stakeholders, trainers, and operational teams to translate complex business information into simple, actionable, and high-impact digital enablement experiences.
- Event & Campaign Support: Supporting live Partner experiences, performance-focused sessions, launches (current project: rebrand), and major network events throughout the year (including occasional evening or weekend travel).
