About UW
UW is a bit different. We don\\u2019t acquire our customers directly. Instead, we have over 70,000 Partners around the country who recommend our services to their friends, families and people they know. The Partner network are your customers – you\\u2019ll get to know them and what makes them tick!
This role will work in the Partner Marketing team, reporting to a Marketing Manager and will focus on delivering impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive commercial growth (in line with key business objectives) by inspiring and enabling our Partners to gather customers or recruit and build a team of Partners.

As a Marketing Executive, you\\u2019ll play a key role in ensuring the team can execute the Partner Marketing plan. In 2026 there are big projects to get involved with:
- Rebrand – delivering a relaunch within the Partner network.
- Power-Up and Ignite – two mega events in 2026.
- Partner 2.0 – evolving our Partner model to be bigger and better.
- Personalisation & Data – evolving how we personalise marketing campaigns and deliver data-driven activity.
Day to day, what this means in role:
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing campaign management and execution: briefing, managing creative development, delivering across channels, and managing stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered on time.
- Manage development of creative assets based on target audience, market and data insights and campaign objectives.
- Plan and implement weekly email campaigns from creative brief to execution.
- Build campaign assets including email and portal content.
- Report on weekly email campaigns and analyse trends and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of marketing campaigns and processes.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Produce regular update reports, use Asana to manage processes and briefing, contribute to team or wider meetings.
Qualifications

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who\\u2019ll develop a passionate understanding of our customers, Partners and business, then use marketing skills and energy to drive engagement and growth within our Partner Network. Key skills and experience:
- You\\u2019re curious and eager to learn. Marketing degree or relevant experience in a FTSE 250 environment.
- Track record of deploying successful marketing campaigns to existing customers across channels (email, SMS, letter, outbound calls, social).
- Experience with marketing tools such as email building (Knak) and content management systems (Contentful); familiarity with project management tools (Asana).
- Attention to detail with strong copy and design sensibility; ability to give clear feedback to copywriters and designers.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced marketing environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to understand and advocate for our Partner network\\\’s needs and experience.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute as needed.
- Motivated and ambitious for yourself and the business.
