Job Description

We put people first. It’s all about you. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who thrives on autonomy and enjoys solving complex problems at scale. You should value collaboration, pragmatism, and low-ego teamwork while feeling comfortable in agile, iterative environments.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Web React using TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of developing mobile applications with React Native.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL (or a genuine willingness to learn it).
  • A proven track record of mentoring mid-level engineers and modelling best practices.

What you’ll do and how you will make an impact:

In this role, you will lead frontend development for a unified communications experience, spanning everything from marketing preferences and push notifications to web and app interfaces. You will own the technical decisions that turn complex journeys into seamless user experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building performant experiences across web and mobile, ensuring a consistent feel between the app and portal.
  • Owning the end-to-end frontend experience for acquisition and cross-sell flows.
  • Leading the development and modernisation of reusable components to raise the bar for quality across the squad.
  • Partnering with designers and backend engineers to translate complex UX requirements into production-ready interfaces.
  • Integrating with GraphQL APIs to surface the right data at the right time.
