As a Commercial Telecoms Business Analyst, you will be the Telco SME for UW, providing vital market insights and leading major industry change projects. We are looking for a proactive, self-starting individual with a "straight shoulders" mentality—someone who takes full responsibility for challenges and sees them through to completion. You should be a confident communicator and an open listener who is naturally curious about data and how it can inform customer-centric decisions.

You will drive the evolution of our Telecoms offering by leading industry change projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within our systems and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading industry change projects, such as the decommissioning of legacy services, customer migrations and Exchange Exit/Evolution.
- Acting as a Telco SME, providing market insights to the Product and Operational teams.
- Managing third-party relationships, including ongoing.
