We put people first. We are looking for a proactive and curious Associate Product Manager who is eager to build foundational skills in product management. You should be a problem solver with a growth mindset and a customer‑centric approach. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex technical or financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Job Description

  • Impact & Outcomes: Supporting tactical execution and tracking metrics for the Partner Commission product lifecycle to drive growth.
  • Technical Mastery: Defining detailed user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring technical quality and support for complex issues.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Owning the end‑to‑end resolution of payment and commission queries escalated by Partner Services.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying "hot spots" in payment data to propose fixes and bolster the product roadmap.
  • Feature Roll‑outs: Acting as a gatekeeper for quality by analysing comparative data sets and supporting Beta testing.
  • Product Discovery: Conducting research and user interviews to validate the future direction of products and assess ROI on incentives.
  • Documentation: Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of commission rules and operational procedures.

We work together. You will work closely with a Senior Product Manager who will support your development as you build relationships across various disciplines. You’ll be the primary bridge between Product, Software Engineering, and Partner Services, acting as a critical enabler for our network of 70,000 Partners. Your goal is to work collaboratively to drive feature delivery and ensure cross‑functional alignment while making supporting teams more self‑sufficient.

Qualifications

We’re looking for you to bring the following knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Experience in product support, business analysis, or data analytics.
  • High‑level proficiency with spreadsheet tools (vlookups, pivot tables, logical functions).
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets across multiple platforms to extract meaningful insights.
  • Understanding of Product Management methodology and Scrum frameworks.
  • Commercial acumen regarding costs, revenues, and customer metrics.
  • Familiarity with processing large payment‑based datasets is highly desirable.
