You can find out more about our insurance products here. Role summary We’re looking for an extraordinary claims specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO for UWI. This is a newly created role to be instrumental in delivering an outstanding claims proposition, managing claim handling providers and solving insights from complaints to drive target outcomes on our insurance portfolio. Qualifications / Key skills You will be an insurance claims expert, loss adjuster or have significant experience in property claims that you now want to develop and deepen An excellent understanding of the UK general insurance market is essential. Significant experience of managing relationships with external claims handlers Strong skillset in assessing and managing technical claims Customer focused and able to independently identify opportunities for improvement, cost saving and decisions that drive customer satisfaction. Commercial acumen A logical thinker Inquisitive with a passion for data and analysis Can work under guidance but enjoy autonomy Have a talent for making complex concepts easy for others to understand Are an empathetic team player who collaborates closely with others.
