We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. You will work in a team alongside other analysts to develop data pipelines, transform and interrogate data, derive insights and build reports and dashboards for stakeholders that drive strategic and operational decision-making.
Reporting directly to our Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us drive our digital transformation whilst not forgetting the human side of every customer interaction. You will help drive efficiency, action and leading customer service through robust measurement, actionable KPIs, reporting.
