We’re aiming to double in size as we help more people to stop wasting time and money. Big ambitions, to be delivered by people like you.

The challenge

  • Planning & Delivery: Working with Product Managers to set OKRs and co-leading annual and quarterly planning.
  • Operational Oversight: Leading metrics reviews and ensuring organisation-wide on-call coverage.
  • Risk Management: Identifying risks and blockers early and working with stakeholders to mitigate them.
  • People Development: Onboarding, training, and coaching reports, while participating in performance calibration and promotion reviews.
  • Performance Tracking: Measuring team performance and communicating progress against KPIs and milestones.
  • Financial Diligence: Ensuring team expenditures (both OpEx and CapEx) remain in line with budgets.
