The challenge

Our proposition to customers is simple, but for our technology teams, the behind-the-scenes complexity is what makes it so interesting. Learn more about life in our Tech teams here .

We put people first. It’s all about you..

We’re looking for a driven and hands-on engineer to take the lead in building our next-generation Activity Engine — a critical platform that will enable us to respond faster and smarter to ever-changing market dynamics. To succeed, you’ll need strong architectural thinking, the ability to dive deep into code, and proficiency in Go , our core back-end language.

We work together. Your team and the people you will work with…

You’ll join a small, autonomous, and empowered team that takes full ownership of its products. We believe in choosing the right tools for the job and always staying open to better ones.

Your future team, Partner Engagement, is the backbone of our Partner ecosystem. From the registration website and Partner portal to event tools, CRM systems, and incentive platforms, your work will be essential in powering real-world impact. One of your biggest missions? Architecting and delivering the Activity Engine that will drive innovative, data-driven Partner incentive programs in the quarters ahead.

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

About the role

  • You will lead the Partner Engagement engineering team, responsible for key systems that enable Partner operations (e.g., internal portal, registration, incentives, CRM).

  • In this role you will own the technical direction and delivery, aligning engineering decisions with strategic business goals.

  • Your work will directly impact the ability of our Partners to operate efficiently and scale their business with us, so you will lead with both technical depth and strategic thinking, driving architectural direction while ensuring high-quality delivery.

What you’ll do

Engineering & Technical Excellence

  • Lead by example as both a hands-on contributor and technical mentor, setting and upholding high engineering standards.

  • Tackle complex problem domains with clarity and confidence, especially within event-driven architectures.

Delivery & Execution

  • Own your team’s delivery process—ensuring high-quality, valuable outcomes delivered at a sustainable, predictable pace.

  • Guide your team through Agile practices, fostering a culture of iteration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership

  • Drive the long-term technical roadmap and align it with broader business goals.

  • Build strategic awareness within the team by providing visibility into upcoming priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Broaden the team’s perspective and help connect the dots between their work and its larger impact.

People & Team Management

  • Cultivate a healthy, high-performing team culture built on trust, accountability, and clarity.

  • Run meetings that are purposeful and inclusive, creating space for quieter voices and diverse perspectives.

  • Coach and support engineers through regular 1:1s, focusing on growth, performance, and career progression.

Minimum requirements

  • Proven technical leadership and a hands-on approach to solving engineering challenges.

  • Strong collaboration skills with a high degree of independence, ownership, and initiative.

  • A passion for growing engineers and helping them reach their next level of potential.

  • Expertise in developing applications using Go.
