We’re seeking a Data Manager with strong leadership and strategic capabilities to oversee the management, analysis, and visualisation of data within the Customer Service Operations environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of operations reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- The ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with ETL tools like Dataform.
- An expert understanding of SQL and data modeling processes.
This role ensures the effective use of data through robust governance, modern analytics tools, and a high-performing team, while promoting data literacy and self-serve capabilities across the organisation.

This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, driving business insights, and fostering a high-performing BI team.
What you’ll do and how you will make an impact:
- Leadership and Team management for 3-4 Data Analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions that support business decision-making.
- Promote transparency by effectively communicating data insights and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion the use of advanced and automated data analytics tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure data automation aligns with company goals & supports scalability.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting framework.
- Train and empower stakeholders on interpreting and utilising data.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business decision-making, driving process optimisation and performance enhancement.
- Actively stay abreast of emerging data analysis trends and technologies, ensuring the team is utilising the latest tools and techniques.
