We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

About the role

  • Systems & platforms: This role combines hands‑on delivery with continuous improvement of how our systems and processes work. Support the end‑to‑end process of getting learning live, including content uploads, platform setup, testing, publishing, and ongoing updates. Support the day‑to‑day running and optimisation of our core learning tools, including our AI‑powered conversation coaching platform and learning portal, ensuring systems, data, and processes run reliably. Support user setup, access, and enrolment. Manage backend setup, configurations, and improvements (including technical/coding elements where needed). Improve how systems work together to create a smoother, simpler Partner experience.
  • Data, reporting & targeting: Build and maintain dashboards tracking engagement, usage, performance and outcomes. Create clear, actionable reporting (weekly/monthly). Use insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements that drive Partner activity, performance, and engagement. Work cross‑functionally to improve how learning is targeted, delivered, and distributed, supporting segmented communications and ensuring the right content reaches the right Partners at the right time. Help design and implement scalable processes for content uploads and updates, programme rollouts, event and training tracking. Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and process resources. Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve how we work. Reduce manual effort and reliance on “workarounds”. Manage shared inboxes and request workflows, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and tracked clearly. Support the iteration and improvement of learning content based on performance data and Partner feedback.
  • Organisation & structure: Bring clarity and consistency to how information is organised across Google Drive, Sheets, and reporting files, including naming conventions and folder structures, ensuring everything is easy to find, use, and maintain.
  • Partner Events & Delivery: Spend time understanding the real Partner experience - observing how tools and learning are used in practice, and how this drives activity and impact across the network. Ensure what’s built behind the scenes works effectively in real Partner environments, supporting key Partner events through attendance, onsite coordination, and follow‑up where needed. This role includes attendance at key Partner events throughout the year, including travel and occasional evening or weekend support.

We put people first. It’s all about you.

Must have:

  • Strong systems mindset - you enjoy working with tools, platforms, and improving how things run (GitHub, Contentful, DevSite, Wiki environments, HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Comfortable working across multiple tools and improving imperfect or manual workflows.
  • Understanding of how learning drives behaviour change and performance (not just completion metrics).
  • Able to design and improve processes that scale.
  • Able to translate data into actions and improvements (e.g. Google Sheets, dashboards, reporting).
  • Comfortable engaging with Partners and Trainers directly to understand real‑world needs and gather insights that inform improvements.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Basic coding or technical confidence (e.g. CMS, HTML, integrations).
  • Experience building dashboards or working with analytics tools.
  • Experience using project or workflow management tools (e.g. Asana).
  • Experience creating or adapting learning content (e.g. e-learning, guides, or resources).

So why pick UW? We’ve got big ambitions so there’s going to be plenty of challenges. There are also a lot of benefits:

  • An industry benchmarked salary. We’ll share it during your first conversation.
  • Annual discretionary performance based, annual bonus scheme.
