Part‑time. Employment Status: FTC – Part‑Time. 12 Month FTC, Part time – 22.5 hours per week (3 days). Location: Hybrid working from our Colindale office in London.
We are looking for a curious and collaborative learning professional who brings a sharp sense of editorial judgement to the table. You are someone who loves to coach colleagues informally and work out loud by sharing knowledge across teams.
Agile Working: Experience working in an agile and remote environment with a good understanding of agile ways of working, planning and organising.
Proposal Craft: Proven ability to create proposals with a clear link to a business outcome.
Practical Experience: Hands‑on experience of using AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude) as part of how you design and produce learning content, including the ability to write clear, structured prompts and iterate on outputs. This should include the ability to scout the AI market, evaluate software, and build business cases for new tooling. Experience using digital authoring tools (such as Evolve) to create engaging eLearning and design tools such as Adobe, Creative Cloud or AI‑assisted equivalents. Experience in turning raw outputs into high‑quality digital or facilitated learning assets.
Commercial Mindset: Ability to translate complex business objectives into practical learning solutions that move the numbers as well as working with external suppliers, experts, and AI‑enabled services.
You will be joining the Learning Content Team, which sits within the People Capability and Engagement function. Our team works closely with internal business stakeholders and delivery colleagues to ensure learning solutions land brilliantly. This specific 12‑month maternity cover role is all about raising the ceiling on what our engine room can do by helping to embed, upscale, and accelerate our collective AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Design & Production: Develop learning proposals, build blended digital and facilitated content, and maintain our current portfolio using AI to streamline review cycles.
- AI‑Accelerated Processes: Use AI tools to speed up idealisation, drafting, visual design, scripting, and iteration while maintaining our strict editorial and brand standards.
- Team Coaching & Legacy: Coach team members on new tools, document repeatable AI prompts or templates, and ensure a seamless, clean handover for the returning employee.
- Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate with business partners to identify capability gaps and ensure training content is flawlessly set up to land well online or in the classroom.
- Market Scouting: Keep an eye on the shifting AI tech market to source software that solves specific learning issues, building clear efficiency‑based business cases for procurement.
