As part of the Finance team at Utility Warehouse, you'll help make looking after our finances a doddle.

Responsibilities

  • Help teams across the business sort out their day-to-day money questions.
  • Help us roll out fresh new systems and find better ways to get things done.
  • Have a friendly chat with suppliers to fix any queries they have.
  • Tie up our monthly balance sheets to make sure every penny adds up perfectly.
  • Look after staff credit cards and expenses, and help sort out any hiccups.
  • Run regular supplier statement checks to keep everything ticking over smoothly.
  • Help out with our weekly and monthly payment runs so our bills get paid on time.
  • Keep our purchase orders moving beautifully, from the first receipt right through to the final payment.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to help us hit our goals.
