The Resource & Planning department plays a vital role in the daily and future operations of the business, from understanding contact demand and business sizing three years ahead to executing daily plans.

You should have experience in resource planning, workforce management, capacity planning, or a similar analytical role.

Must be highly numerical, with experience analyzing large and complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.

Strong communication skills are essential to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is highly desirable.

Experience with forecasting and forecast methodologies is highly desirable.

Experience working with the NICE eWFM system, with an in-depth understanding of its setup and processes, is preferred.

This is an 18-month hybrid contract role, working from one of our London hubs two days a week.

Team and Responsibilities

As an Analyst in the Forecast & Scheduling team, you will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and scheduling multiple workstreams to ensure business targets are met and risks or opportunities are identified early.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Forecast and Scheduling Manager to develop detailed tactical forecasts for the next five weeks, monitoring trends and assessing the impact of marketing and change initiatives.
  2. Create up-to-date forecasts to optimize FTE scheduling, ensuring service levels meet customer expectations, utilizing NICE eWFM for team and business event scheduling.
  3. Maintain capacity plans, reflecting shrinkage, performance targets, current FTE data, and future requirements.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for resource planning queries, conducting regular meetings with business units to discuss plans, performance, and potential adjustments.
  5. Work closely with the Service Delivery Team to review scheduling effectiveness and implement improvements.
  6. Perform ad-hoc data analyses as requested by operational teams and management.
