Your technical skills and experience include:

  • People Leadership: Significant experience as a UX designer turned leader with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Design Strategy: Expertise in balancing user needs, design quality, and delivery efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Confidence in partnering with Product and Engineering functions to ensure design effectively contributes to delivery.
  • Development: Proven ability to support designers in achieving goals across UX craft, communication, and collaboration.

You will lead a dedicated team of Designers, providing the coaching and support necessary to foster their professional growth and progression. As part of the Product family, you will work closely with Engineering and Data peers to ensure user‑centred design is deeply embedded in all team planning and delivery phases.

  • Standard Setting: Ensuring user‑centred design practices are followed across teams by integrating insights and data into every decision.
  • Consistency: Maintaining alignment of design work across product areas and reinforcing the use of our design system.
