I&C Solutions Specialist – B2B Sales & Consultancy

OTE: £80,000 (Uncapped Commission)

Utility Stream Limited (USL) is a leading UK energy consultancy helping businesses reduce costs, optimise energy usage, and transition to sustainable solutions. We partner with SMEs and high-usage Industrial & Commercial (I&C) clients, delivering impartial, long-term energy strategies.

We are seeking an experienced I&C Energy Specialist to drive new business growth and manage corporate client relationships within the B2B energy market.

Responsibilities

• Win new I&C clients through proactive outreach, networking, and industry connections
• Manage and grow corporate energy accounts, including renewals and upselling
• Lead energy procurement, bill validation, and energy usage analysis
• Advise clients on cost reduction, efficiency, and sustainability solutions
• Attend face-to-face client meetings and industry events
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecasts
• Support and mentor junior team members within the sales team
