Our client, a global energy consultancy, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. As the Account Manager, you will manage client relationships and service delivery for a portfolio of I&C clients, while also driving upsells, account renewals, and client retention.

Key responsibilities for the Account Manager:
  • Offering full-service support to high profile, Industrial & Commercial clients
  • Attending regular client meetings with a focus on upselling services and driving retention
  • Ensuring smooth, efficient and on-time service delivery
  • Coordinating international service projects and ensuring consistent delivery across regions
Skills and experience required for the Account Manager:
  • ~4+ years account management experience ideally for an energy consultancy/TPI
  • ~Experience in account management of I&C clients
  • ~Strong client-facing experience with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • ~Experience of risk managed flexible procurement, non-commodity charges, bureau services etc
  • ~Demonstrated success in upselling, client retention, and contract renewals
  • ~Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
  • ~Analytical thinker who enjoys working with data to uncover trends and insights
  • ~Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence

Homebased (with travel in the Redhill office and client visits)
