As the Energy Consultant, you will work with B2B clients to sell gas and electricity contracts through a full 360Β° sales cycle β this includes identifying potential prospects, generating your own leads, conducting cold calls, negotiating terms and successfully closing contracts. You will also advise clients on the energy market and provide competitive pricing. Key Responsibilities of the Energy Consultant:
Generate new business through cold calling, networking and other outreach efforts
Promote the company\βs products and services to B2B customers
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Advise clients on the energy market and provide competitive pricing
Consistently meet and exceed performance targets across various key metrics
Expand the client base while driving revenue growth effectively
Skills and experience required for the Energy Consultant:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the energy industry, either with a broker or supplier
Proven sales and cold calling experience
Strong target orientation with a passion for exceeding goals and achieving success
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to manage workload & meet targets
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven
Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and secure commitment over the phone
Flexible and resilient, able to handle objections and work well under pressure.
Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to take initiative
Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills
