Our client, a UK-wide Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist, is looking for an experienced TPI Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of B2B customers across Energy and Water, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding account management. Key responsibilities include managing daily inquiries such as onboarding, billing, and metering, procuring MOP/DA/DC contracts, and providing in-depth analysis reports. Key responsibilities for the TPI Account Manager:
- Managing and building strong relationships for a portfolio of B2B clients
- Procurement of energy and water contracts (fixed and flex)
- Management of billing issues and queries on behalf of clients
- Managing and procuring MOP / DA / DC contracts
- Prepare consumption, CCA, SECR, Flex and TCR analysis reports
- Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as per the agreed workplan
- Analyse and interpret consumption data, performance and reports and provide insight
- Manage client complaints/queries ensuring meeting agreed SLAs
- Provide support in client meetings and present market overviews and trends to stakeholders
Skills and experience required for the TPI Account Manager:
- Good knowledge of the UK Energy Industry, its operations across both power and gas
- Strong communication skills, able to influence stakeholders and build long term relationships
- Strong analytical skills in relation to tariffs, the energy sector and legislative requirements
- Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Solid admin/organisation, can manage high volume workflows without compromising quality
- Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
Location: Hybrid - Cumbernauld, Glasgow
Salary: 35K-45K DOE plus bonus
