Our client, a UK based multi-utility infrastructure provider, is looking for a HSQE Manager to join their team. In this role you will develop, implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures and be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s health, safety, quality and environmental management systems.   • Develop and oversee HSQE policies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions

  • Manage certifications, lead audits, and oversee external inspections

  • Provide regular health and safety performance reports to senior management

  • Oversee claims, subcontractor onboarding, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards

  • Previous experience in a HSQE management role or related field

  • Management and leadership experience

  • Previous experience in leading a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Certification- NEBOSH, ISO 9001/14001 lead auditor or safety qualifications required

  • A full UK Driving Licence
