Our client, a growing energy procurement consultancy, is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team as their first dedicated back-office hire. As the Billing Analyst, you’ll support the onboarding process, manage billing operations, and handle HH data for SME to mid-market clients. You will be responsible for setting up clients on the billing dashboard, overseeing fixed contract registrations, resolving billing queries and communicating with suppliers. Key responsibilities for the Billing Analyst:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Support client onboarding and ensure smooth setup in internal systems

  • Coordinate with suppliers, meter operators, and data collectors to ensure accurate energy data flows into the dashboard
