Our client, a B2B energy supplier, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth by generating and converting a strong pipeline of organic leads. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers, the Pricing Team, and the Finance Director, contributing to product development, services and strategy. If you have 5+ years of new business sales experience, including at least 2 years in the energy sector and a passion for success - apply today!

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads organically and collaborate with the marketing lead and CEO
  • Attend sales meetings, involving relevant colleagues as needed
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Stay informed on pricing models, market trends, and industry developments
  • Pursue professional growth in the energy sector with company support
  • Provide sales data for strategic and board reports

Key skills and experience required

  • 5+ years in new business sales, including 2+ years in the energy sector
  • Proven experience selling solutions to Corporate and I&C customers

Salary: Negotiable plus 100k OTE (uncapped commission)
