Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring effective follow-up & engagement.
- Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales cycle to secure new deals.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Support the tender bidding process to maximise success rates.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide client insights and sales data.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales , consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Energy industry experience is preferred (energy, engineering, or agriculture)
- Experience of sales administration – including the production of proposals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a confident approach.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed.
