Our client, a growing energy procurement consultancy, is looking for a Bureau Analyst to join their team as their first dedicated back-office hire. As the Bureau Analyst, you’ll support the onboarding process, manage billing operations, and handle HH data for SME to mid-market clients. You will be responsible for setting up clients on the billing dashboard, overseeing fixed contract registrations, resolving billing queries and communicating with suppliers. Key responsibilities for the Bureau Analyst:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth setup in internal systems
- Resolve billing issues by liaising with suppliers and managing failed invoice validations
- Coordinate with suppliers, meter operators, and data collectors to ensure accurate energy data flows into the dashboard
- Monitor and maintain the energy dashboard for data accuracy
- Manage and record client contracts and track renewal dates
- Assist with renewals, scheduling, documentation, and internal reporting
Skills and Experience required for the Bureau Analyst:
- Previous B2B billing administrative experience in the energy or utilities sector
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and contracts
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; CRM or energy platform experience a plus
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently
