Our client, an independent B2B energy supplier, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team. As an Account Executive you will be the primary point of contact for Key Accounts managing all energy supply account queries whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities for the Account Executive:- Manage B2B account queries, ensuring excellent customer service
- Serve as the primary contact for Key Accounts, handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Oversee the full journey for key customers, including managing COT and SARS queries, billing, debt management, and metering upgrades.
- Collaborate with other teams to assist with billing queries and support the AMR roll-out.
- Occasionally assist with debt management calls (no outbound telesales).
- Attend off-site client meetings when required
- Energy Industry experience
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong account management and customer service skills.
- Can do attitude, always putting the customer first
- Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in credit control is preferred but not essential.
