Work Pattern

  • Full Time (35.25 hours)
  • Monday to Thursday 08:45 to 16:45
  • Friday 08:45 to 15:45
  • Salary: Β£25k to Β£27k

The Role Of Support Administrator: Utility Collections are ambitious, vibrant and rapidly growing debt recovery agency within the energy industry. We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Administrator based in Fylde Coast area. In addition to developing close working relationships with both our staff and our Energy Supplier Clients the primary purpose of the role is producing high-quality compliance reports, deliver performance insights through departmental and agent feedback to line managers, excellent administrative support in relation to the full range of services we provide.

Responsibilities

  • To provide comprehensive administrative and compliance support, ensuring accurate records are maintained and up to date.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on recorded calls and account management checks for accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to set guidelines.
  • Producing compliance and performance-related reports, delivering actionable insights to line managers for agent feedback and coaching.
  • To undertake any other duties as requested relating to the team\’s area of responsibility.
  • Support the compliance manager/team with investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Achieving both Management and Client led KPI\’s.

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional admin skills
  • Demonstrating a strong eye for detail when reviewing data, reports, and documentation, consistently across all records.
  • Organised and able to follow processes to deliver a high and consistent service
  • Good work ethic with the ability to work within defined timescales
  • Well-presented and approachable
  • Good communication and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Motivated to plan and efficiently manage own workload
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and able to adapt to custom built CRM and navigate client platforms and external systems
  • Desire to truly enjoy where you work and what you do
