Field Manager – Based in Poulton, with regular National travel. Basic Annual Salary – £50,000. Six Monthly bonus incentive, based on KPI’s. Benefits: Company Car & petrol card. Company Mobile. Company laptop. 24 days Paid holiday, not including bank holidays. Reporting to: Head of Operations Overview: The role of the Field Manager is to drive performance levels for a team of field-based collections specialists The role of Field Manager: Manage the recruitment to ensure head count meets operational requirements. Create and deliver training and development routines for of all new employees. Ensure quality standards meet minimum standards set by the business. Manage quality of work and service levels across all staff. Implement and manage development strategies with the aim to increase the team’s productivity, performance quality standards through defined KPI’s. The monitoring of data performance, maximising the revenue streams from each client base. Data allocation support. Supporting the Head of Operations in identifying and analysing weaknesses and opportunities to actively support continuous improvement Design, implement & communicate new processes across the operations dept.
