We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with scheduling, communication management, and project oversight. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle high-level tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports and correspondence with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Oversee and track key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support strategic planning and assist in the execution of key initiatives.
- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, letters, and other communications.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the CEO and the senior leadership team.
- Accurately record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up on action items.
- Plan/coordinate events, including internal meetings, conferences, and special engagements.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and maintained for smooth daily operations.
