We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Maternity Cover to join our team in Manchester. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer care during the maternity leave of our current advisor.
Job Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about energy contracts and address any client concerns
- Efficiently resolve customer issues to enhance their experience with our services
- Keep accurate records of customer communications and update client information
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback

Qualifications:- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
Base salary £27,000 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
