We're looking for a talented and versatile Content Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who excels at crafting SEO-optimized content and has a flair for PR-style writing. You'll be responsible for producing engaging, high-performing content across three core websites, while also supporting the wider marketing team with content for brochures, award entries, press releases, and brand storytelling.
Content Marketing & PR
- Write compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, award submissions, and corporate presentations.
- Draft PR-style content such as press releases, thought leadership articles, and media pitches.
- Support brand reputation through consistent tone of voice and messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, digital, SEO, sales) to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and business objectives.
SEO & Web Content
- Create and optimise high-quality, search engine-friendly content for our three websites, including landing pages, blog articles, service pages, and more.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure best practices in on-page optimization and internal linking.
- Regularly audit and update existing content to improve performance and maintain relevance.
General & Collaborative
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to align content output with campaign calendars and brand messaging.
- Assist in tracking content performance, reporting on key metrics, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, SEO developments, and PR best practices.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in content creation, ideally in an SEO or digital marketing context.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of varied content types.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience writing for both digital and offline formats.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Desirable:
- Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Surfer SEO for keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience in PR, media communications, or journalism.
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Data Studio.
