This is a face paced role where youll play a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience, resolving queries, and ensuring registrations are completed accurately and efficiently.
The Role As a Registrations Analyst, youll be responsible for managing customer registrations, resolving data issues, and supporting registrations related queries within agreed SLAs.
Youll work closely with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, a strong communicator, and confident managing multiple tasks at once.
Youll also support wider business functions during peak periods and help maintain high service standards across the team.
