Location: Hybrid to Chandlers Ford (3x days per week onsite)

Salary: £27,976 Per Annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 1 in 5 Saturdays, 1 in 10 Sundays)

What does this role involve?

The Field Planning team are responsible for ensuring that we have the right level of engineer resource, in the right place, at the right time. Our engineers carry out Smart Meter installations and maintenance, thus ensuring their schedule is kept up to date is key to maintaining our customers' supply. You will be responsible for preparing and publishing engineer schedules, where you will work closely with Engineers and Field Managers to maximise efficiency and productivity. You will also liaise with customers, providing updates on scheduled work and discussing any amendments that may be required to booked engineer visits.

Who are we looking for?

Accurate record-keeping is essential. Therefore, you will possess excellent written communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will also have a high standard of verbal communication to build effective relationships with customers, engineers and internal teams. Strong organisational skills, accompanied with being a natural problem solver will allow you to demonstrate initiative in balancing your workload between the business as usual and reactive tasks. A basic level of computer literacy and Excel experience would be required.
