You will be a key member of the high‑street Energy Hub team, responsible for driving sustainability in the local community. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, providing support that goes beyond energy services. You will empower customers with personalised, practical advice to reduce their energy usage, lower bills, and shrink their carbon footprint, and introduce them to our eco‑conscious products and services. You will use our in‑house CRM to resolve queries efficiently, translating technical information into everyday language and ensuring every interaction supports our mission for a more sustainable future. Beyond customer service, you will act as a sustainability ambassador in the community, collaborating with local charities through Utilita Giving and leading local green initiatives alongside your team.
