We have a great opportunity to join our Field Services training team and play a crucial role in its operation.
What does this role involve?
As a Training Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Training and Quality officer, providing administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.
Day to day you will:
- Arrange training for our current engineers when renewals are required;
- Update learner records on external registration systems;
- Organize new starter inductions, ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and communications are delivered;
- Raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies;
- Provide support at the reception desk to greet visitors and assist with access.
Who are we looking for?
As this role will be on site and involve in-person engagement, you should be approachable and confident, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working at a reception desk would be beneficial, as well as proficiency with IT packages such as Microsoft Office and a learner management system.
We seek a flexible individual with a proactive mindset and strong time management skills to maintain high standards in our training academy.
This role might involve access to sensitive information, so some enhanced security vetting may be required.
