We have a great opportunity for you to join our Field Services training team and play a crucial role in its operation.
What does this role involve?
As a Training Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Training and Quality officer providing administrative support with the daily operations and planning for our training academy.
Day to day you will:
arrange training for our current engineers when renewals are required;
update learner records on external registration systems;
organise new starter inductions, ensuring the necessary materials are ordered and communications are delivered;
raise purchase orders for training materials and equipment in line with company policies;
provide support on the reception desk to greet incoming visitors and assist with access.
Who are we looking for?
As this role will be on site and you will be engaging with people in person, you will be approachable and confident, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working on a reception desk would be beneficial, as well being comfortable using IT packages and systems such as Microsoft Office and a learner management system.
You will be a flexible individual with a proactive mindset and strong time management skills that will allow you to thrive and maintain the high standards in our training academy.
Your role might involve having access to some sensitive information, so you’ll most likely need to go through some enhanced security vetting.
