What Does This Role Involve?
As the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will have responsibility for management of the IT portfolio of change plus the leadership and line management of a multi-functional team.
You will be accountable for the finance, performance, KPI, risk, reporting and governance aspects of the PMO function at a portfolio level.
You will lead on the delivery of methodologies and best practise. This will include a centre of excellence capability, setting the standard for delivery roles.
We are looking for like-minded individuals, who can come with new ideas to enhance the existing team.

Your proven experience in both portfolio and embedded PMO environments will give you the solid foundations you need for success in this position.
Your knowledge of PMO best practice will help you to support the continuous improvement of processes and methods, as well as driving the adoption of these within the business.
Your highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder skills will allow you to build strong relationships, influence appropriately and bring people on the change journey together.
Your role might involve having access to some sensitive information, so youβll most likely need to go through some enhanced security vetting.
