What does this role involve?

  • Working closely with the customer team to modernise current products and services, as well as managing new products.
  • Being responsible for the value and viability risks of a product and accountable for its outcomes.
  • Monitoring product performance to inform the roadmap and owning product backlogs, prioritising business needs.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Gathering customer insights to inform product decisions.

  • Experience in commercial Product Management of CRM systems and customer journeys.
  • Willingness to take accountability for product outcomes.
  • Experience in competitor analysis and opportunity identification.
