Are you ready to lead a field-based sales team and create outstanding customer experiences that set the standard? At Utilita, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager who can combine a passion for sales with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What does this role involve?
You will lead a team of up to 20 field-based agents who are the face of Utilita—selling our products and services while providing outstanding support to customers. Your role is all about driving performance, smashing sales goals, and ensuring every interaction puts the customer first. Creating a culture of success, motivating your team to exceed expectations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
Who are we looking for?
You will bring strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach effectively, conduct regular 1-2-1s, and drive continuous improvement across your team. A customer-first mindset is essential, ensuring excellence in every interaction. You will also be confident in handling HR processes, including performance management, investigations, and ensuring compliance with our company policies. This role demands someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and team morale. To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
