Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Do you have an analytical mind and enjoy solving complex problems? Do you think outside the box to find resolutions to queries? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Smart Operations Team, where you will play a key role in ensuring our Smart meters are working effectively for our customers.
What does this role involve?
As Smart Operations Analyst, you will process exceptions which occur within our metering portfolio, utilising the data to make recommendations. Day to day, you will:
- Investigate, analyse and resolve data quality issues within the DCC supporting metering estate, including liaising with other energy suppliers;
- Provide knowledge and support to the business on processes associated with the maintenance of the smart estate;
- Liaise with Customer Care Agents to troubleshoot and understand issues with non-conforming Smart Meters.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a keen eye for detail and have a curious approach to understanding and resolving complex processes; demonstrating confidence liaising between multiple systems and databases. Experience utilising Microsoft Excel would be desirable, where you will be able to use your analytical skills to answer customer queries within agreed SLA’s. To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
