Location: Remote / Chandlers Ford

Salary: £27,976 per annum, plus a 5% discretionary bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

If you have experience working within the energy industry, we have a great opportunity for you to join our industry operations team as a Meter Asset Data Analyst.

What does this role involve?

Joining a small team of analysts, you will investigate and resolve data exceptions in the Meter Operations, Meter Asset Management and Smart Meter Change of Supplier processes. You will be liaising with internal departments and external companies to ensure the accuracy of the data we send out and validate the data that we receive, to ensure the correct information is held and the Smart Meter configurations are accessible in our customer database. You will be working closely with Gas and Electric Settlements and Field services teams, as well as supporting the Commercial Finance team with the resolution to meter rental charge related queries.

Who are we looking for?

  • Knowledge and understanding of the energy industry.
  • A keen eye for detail and high level of numeracy and accuracy.
  • Experience in using spreadsheets or databases and working with large volumes of data.
  • An effective communicator both written and verbally.
  • Able to spot trends and identify discrepancies.
  • Ability to adjust and thrive in a fast growing, challenging industry and work alone as well as part of a team.

Your role might involve having access to some sensitive information, so you’ll need to go through some enhanced security vetting (BS7858).
