Role Overview: Gas Settlements Analyst – Salary: £27,976 per annum plus bonus scheme. Location: Chandlers Ford / Home Working.
Join our team at Luxion Group to support the accurate management of gas supply data across our portfolio. This role can be based at our Chandlers Ford head office or remotely across the UK, with occasional site travel.
Responsibilities:
- Process settlement exceptions and ensure our gas liabilities are correctly reflected within industry reconciliation processes.
- Collect, validate and analyze settlement data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry standards.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs, handle all exceptions compliantly, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support seamless operations, maintain data integrity, and help resolve settlement-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data management and analysis, ideally gained in an analyst or back-office position in an energy supplier or similar environment.
- Sound Excel skills and comfort working with large volumes of data, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Natural problem-solving mindset, proactive in identifying issues and delivering practical solutions.
