Location: Hybrid to Chandlers Ford (Min 2x days per week onsite)
Salary: £26,208 Per Annum
Hours: Monday- Friday (1 in 9 weekend requirement)

Do you have experience working in a scheduling role or similar position? Are you someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment? We have a great opportunity for you to join our Field Services team as a Field Planning Administrator.
What does this role involve?
The Field Planning team are responsible for ensuring that we have the right level of engineer resource, in the right place, at the right time.
Our engineers carry out Smart Meter installations and maintenance, thus ensuring their schedule is kept up to date and is key to maintaining our customer’s supply.
Day to day, you will;
- analyse, prepare, and publish engineer schedules;
- Liaising directly with our customers who require an engineer visit;
- work with sub-contractors to ensure planning is consistent across all different workstreams.
Who are we looking for?
Recording of accurate information is key, therefore you will have excellent written communication skills with a great eye for detail.
A high standard of verbal communication would be required to effectively communicate with our customers and various internal stakeholders.
You will have great organisational skills to prioritise workload and provide effective scheduling, to maximise on work being carried out by our engineers.
