What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, providing customer care and sustainability support.
  • Empower customers with practical, personalised energy‑saving advice to reduce usage, lower bills and shrink their carbon footprint.
  • Introduce customers to Utilita’s innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
  • Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently, translating technical information into everyday language.
  • Act as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving to support community initiatives.
  • Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the Energy Hub team to inspire others and build a cleaner, more connected future.
