Revenue Protection Smart Meter Engineer

About the Role

We are a pioneer in smart technology, empowering households to use and waste less energy. This role is part of our award‑winning Field Services team.

  • Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Attend domestic and commercial properties to investigate and resolve smart meter alerts and safety issues.
  • Engage with customers at pre‑warrant and warrant appointments.
  • Discuss repayment options and agree suitable resolutions.
  • Install and exchange smart meters when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all outcomes are compliant.

Qualifications

Hold CMA1/CCN1 or equivalent, MET1, MOCOPA (single phase, single off multi, multi rate).

Previous experience as a Smart Meter Engineer. 3‑Phase and Medium pressure qualifications desirable but not essential.

Must pass enhanced security vetting to access customers' homes.
