About Utilita
Following continued growth and success, Utilita is looking for an ambitious Head of Commercial to lead and accelerate growth across its renewables space. This newly created, business‑critical role will involve ownership of commercial strategy, major opportunities and market growth across solar PV, battery storage and integrated energy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the commercial sales strategy across the renewables market, driving high‑value opportunities from initial engagement to conversion.
- Identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships and strengthen Utilita’s position within a competitive landscape.
- Own the sales pipeline and shape future direction of the renewables offering through market insight, product input and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Build and lead a commercial sales function, mentoring and managing SDRs and wider commercial team members as the team grows.
Qualifications
- Experience in solar, renewables, energy, utilities or related commercial sectors.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and proven experience driving growth.
- Ability to build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience scaling sales functions or building commercial strategies and high‑performing pipelines.
