Responsibilities
- Respond to a wide range of incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and care, promoting Utilita’s products and services in line with compliance and customer service standards.
- Convert potential customer calls into successful sales opportunities while supporting and improving the switching process to increase customer go-live and retention rates.
- Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Experience
- Confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong sales-driven approach while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales environments is advantageous.
