Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid

Salary: £26,208 per annum plus commission; OTE £34K

Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week 8am – 5pm

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a wide range of incoming customer enquiries with professionalism and care, promoting Utilita’s products and services in line with compliance and customer service standards.
  • Convert potential customer calls into successful sales opportunities while supporting and improving the switching process to increase customer go-live and retention rates.
  • Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Strong sales-driven approach while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales environments is advantageous.
